The location of this place is perfect, being close to the city center and the lake.

Perfectly clean and functional rooms, diligent employees at the reception desk. Early check-in, parking next to the hotel.

The breakfast was particularly good and sensational with several options and the staff were very amiable. The location was convenient and unbeatable, to the city centre as well as the lake, in the excellent area. Also, the venue was only 1 km to Kunsthaus Centre Pasquart.

The location was central, magnificent in city centre. The room was perfectly clean and offered shower facilities, a hair dryer, and bath sheets, so that guests had essentials.- The people were hard-working, will exceed the expectations.

Stayed here for 1 night with my small dog and we had a really nice time 😊. The room we got was huge and spacious, with super comfy beds.

I had a great-sized and functional room with a queen bed. The amenities like a minibar and a good shower were a nice touch.The location near the port, which offers stops along the lake, was particularly convenient.

Good location, the a car park was available. Dined at Comet Diner, it was at a moderate distance from the venue:)))

The location is convenient, services offered are ok, specially the internet connection in rooms and the garage. The staff at the reception were knowledgeable and helpful.

The floors in the room looked bare, I wish if it had at least a small rug next the bed

Staff friendly and helpful if you want to visit and spend time in Biel, this hotel is ideally located on main road with bus stop literally in front of the hotel. Lake is in walking distance, maybe 15mins. Breakfast is also good.

Room is a bit old and old stuff in bathrooms too. Needs a rennovation.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the location was perfect, right in the heart of the city center of Bienne. I was able to explore the beautiful lake and the old part of the city with ease. Secondly, the staff was incredibly attentive and friendly. They were always ready to assist with any questions or concerns that I had. Thirdly, the rooms were comfortable and had everything I needed, including free internet and comfortable beds. Lastly, breakfast was included and offered a wide range of delicious options to choose from.

All aspects of my stay were great, no improvements needed.
